Welcome to 3MinuteGuide! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3MinuteGuide website, mobile applications, and any other related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By using 3MinuteGuide, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract, or you are using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
2. About 3MinuteGuide
3MinuteGuide is an integrated online classifieds platform that allows users to buy, sell, and find a variety of goods and services. We provide a platform for users to connect with each other; however, 3MinuteGuide is not a party to the transactions that occur between users.
3. Account Registration
Registration: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify 3MinuteGuide immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
Account Suspension/Termination: 3MinuteGuide reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, in our sole discretion.
4. User Content
Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, publish, or display ("Post") on the Service, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and any other materials ("User Content").
Content Ownership and License: By Posting User Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to Post such content and grant 3MinuteGuide a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the Service.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to Post any User Content that:
Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any party.
Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Is false, misleading, or deceptive.
Constitutes unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
Violates any applicable law or regulation.
Content Moderation: 3MinuteGuide has the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, remove, or edit any User Content for any reason, including but not limited to content that violates these Terms.
5. Transactions Between Users
User Interactions: 3MinuteGuide provides a platform for users to connect and facilitate transactions. However, 3MinuteGuide is not involved in the actual transactions between users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
No Agency: You acknowledge and agree that 3MinuteGuide is not an agent, broker, or employee of any user.
Disputes: Any disputes between you and other users are solely between you and such users. 3MinuteGuide is not responsible for resolving any disputes.
Item Condition and Accuracy: You are responsible for verifying the condition, quality, and accuracy of any items listed on the Service before completing a transaction.
Payment and Delivery: You are responsible for arranging payment and delivery of items with the other user. 3MinuteGuide does not handle or guarantee any transactions.
Release: You hereby release 3MinuteGuide from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
6. Rules for Posting
In addition to the prohibited content outlined in Section 4, you agree to comply with the following rules when posting listings on 3MinuteGuide:
Accurate Descriptions: Provide accurate and detailed descriptions of the items you are listing, including their condition.
Clear Images: Include clear and accurate images of the items you are listing.
Legal Items: List only items that you are legally allowed to sell. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, those listed in Section 7.
One Item Per Listing: Each listing should be for a single, specific item.
No Spam or Duplicate Listings: Do not post duplicate listings or spam the Service with multiple listings for the same item.
Proper Categorization: List items in the correct category.
Contact Information: Do not include personal contact information (e.g., phone number, email address) in your listing description. This information will be handled through the platform's messaging system.
7. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed or sold on 3MinuteGuide:
Illegal items: Items that violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Weapons: Firearms, ammunition, and other weapons.
Drugs and drug paraphernalia: Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia.
Counterfeit items: Fake or replica items, including branded goods.
Stolen items: Items that have been stolen.
Offensive items: Items that are obscene, pornographic, or promote hate speech.
Hazardous materials: Explosives, flammable materials, and other hazardous materials.
Tobacco and alcohol: Tobacco products and alcoholic beverages.
Prescription drugs: Prescription medications.
Live animals: The sale of live animals.
Items that infringe intellectual property rights: Items that violate copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Any other items prohibited by law or deemed inappropriate by 3MinuteGuide.
This list is not exhaustive, and 3MinuteGuide reserves the right to prohibit any items at its sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
Service Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 3MinuteGuide and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Trademarks: 3MinuteGuide's trademarks, service marks, and logos are the exclusive property of 3MinuteGuide.
No Unauthorized Use: You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as generally permitted by the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
As Is Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3MinuteGuide makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No Guarantee of Service: 3MinuteGuide does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
No Guarantee of Transactions: 3MinuteGuide does not guarantee the completion of any transaction between users or the quality, safety, or legality of any items listed on the Service.
User Verification: 3MinuteGuide does not verify the identity of its users and you are responsible for taking steps to protect yourself when interacting with other users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 3MinuteGuide be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not 3MinuteGuide has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to indemnify and hold 3MinuteGuide harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your interactions with other users.
12. Governing Law
Choice of Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws or, if the user's location makes such jurisdiction unreasonable, by the laws of the jurisdiction where the user is located. The parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these Terms.
Principles of Private International Law: To the extent that issues of private international law arise, the mandatory legal provisions and fundamental principles of private international law of any relevant jurisdiction, including the user's jurisdiction, shall also apply.
Severability: If any provision of this clause is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
13. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
3MinuteGuide reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
